well the bigger question is your actual experience with the language and the type of projects that you have worked on. If you have worked on many different projects, and have been responsible for the architecture, the project plan, the developemnet of code, the installation of the project, you might be able to get a project manager or project leader position. If you are highly fluent in the language, and have the ability to manage others, you might be eligable to be a senior coder or a team leader. Talking to you boss about your backround and experiences would help.
